We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. That’s why we aim to process and ship orders as soon as we can. Because our items are made-to-order, the processing time can vary from item to item. For a helpful guide, please check the ‘Estimated Delivery Time’ provided for each product.

It typically takes 14 days for confirmed orders to be processed, manufactured, and shipped. You will be sent a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.

Additional time may be needed to create your piece and this will be included in the Estimated Arrival date* on the individual product pages for the following types of items:

• Items requiring ring sizing
• Custom designed jewelry
• Special Order items

This additional time is reflected in the estimated arrival date on individual product information pages, in the shopping bag, and throughout the checkout process.
