- The piece must be in perfect condition with all original certificates and accessories.
- Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on customized jewelry or engraved items.
- Items that show obvious signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
- Returned items will be refunded within two weeks via the original purchase method. For credit card refunds, please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear.
To return an item, please contact us directly with your order number. We will provide full return instructions, including how to securely ship the item back to us. ICONIC is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Of course, it is possible to get a refund for the products that you have purchased. All returned items will be refunded to via the original purchase methods, and this will be processed within 14-days, but in the case of credit cards, please allow one billing cycle.
